Headquarters of Coast Guard Region (west) invites applications for various posts in similar departments from eligible and qualified candidates. Brief details are given below.
Job Description:
1) MT Driver (OG): 5 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed 10th standard and must possess valid license for heavy and light motor vehicles.
2) MT Fitter: 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed matriculation or its equivalent with two years experience in automobile workshop.
3) Sarang Lascar: 1 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed matriculation or its equivalent and should have obtained Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Govt. recognized institute.
4) Spray Painter: 1 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed apprenticeship in relevant trade from Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institution.
5) Unskilled Labourer: 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from recognized boards or ITI from recognized institutes with three years experience in the specific trade.
6) Fireman: 6 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from recognized boards or its equivalent with physical fitness.
7) MTS (Peon): 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent with two years experience as office attendant.
8) MTS (Safaiwala): 1 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent with two years experience in cleanship.
9) MTS (Mali): 1 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent with two years experience as Mali in any nursery /organization.
Salary: Appointed candidates will be received salary as per the regulation declared by government. More details are given in notification (given below).
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be 18 to 27 years for all the posts except Post No. 3. For the post No.3, age should be 18 to 30 years.
Dates to Remember: Filled application should be reached within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement at specified addresses of respective states.
Selection Process: Selection procedure will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test, Personal Interview and Trade Test.
